If it is a Saturday or Sunday, you can email customer service at orders@reallywildclothing.com saying you would like to cancel your order, and our customer service team can pick up your email on Monday and deal with your request.

Do you offer In-store Styling?

Yes, we offer exclusive and free personal styling sessions designed to help you discover your natural colour palette and refine your personal style.

Do you offer a Tailoring Service?

Tailoring consultations are available in-store at our Sloane Square boutique in London, where our team will guide you through the process and recommend the best alterations for your garment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a range of secure online payment methods to make shopping with Really Wild simple and convenient. You can pay using credit or debit card, PayPal, or Klarna.

Do you offer any discounts?

Really Wild does not offer regular discounts. Our collections are crafted with exceptional materials and timeless design, reflecting the quality and craftsmanship that define the brand.

How long is my E-Gift Card valid for?

Your E-Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Do I need to pay any additional taxes or duties?

For international orders duties and taxes are automatically calculated at checkout.



How do I return my order?

To return an item, enter your email and order number in the Returns Portal. You’ll receive a Royal Mail QR code to take to your local post office. Please keep the receipt until your return is processed.

International customers can return items within 30 days of receipt. Postage costs are your responsibility, and exchanges are not available - you can place a new order online at Really
Wild
.

Include the returns form from your delivery and send your parcel to:

Parcels sent at Really Wild’s expense will be refused and returned.



What is your returns policy?

For sale items, notify Really Wild within 14 days via our Returns Portal, then return the item in its original condition within a further 14 days.

For full-priced items, UK mainland customers can return orders within 30 days using our free Royal Mail returns service.

International customers can return items within 30 days of receipt. Please note that Really Wild does not offer free
returns or exchanges for international orders; any postage costs are your
responsibility.



I have cut the tags off my item; can I still return it?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items with removed or damaged tags. For a return to be eligible, all items must be in their original condition with tags intact.

Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for full details to ensure your item
qualifies for a return.



How long will it take to refund my order?

Please allow 3-5 business days once
your item has been received by us for the return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once you order has been refunded.


How do I exchange my order?

Exchanges are to be requested on the customer returns portal. Exchanges are not guaranteed just because an exchange has been started on the portal - if we cannot exchange an item once it arrives back to the warehouse a refund will be
made.


How long do I have to exchange my order?

UK customers may exchange most items sold by Really Wild online www.reallywildclothing.com within 30 days upon receipt of your original

My item is faulty, what do I do?

Contact customer services on orders@reallywildclothing.com if there is a manufacturing issue within 30 days of the order we will either replace or refund item.


Do you offer a repair service?

No - We do not currently offer a repair service. However, if you have any concerns about your item, our customer care team will be happy to advise on the best course of action – orders@reallywildclothing.com
