WHICH STORES CAN I PLACE OR COLLECT AN ORDER IN

You can collect from our London boutique in Slone Square

Please note that during SALE periods collections may take 1-2 days longer if your product isn't already in store.

Drop your parcel off at any of the 2,500 + DPD drop off points. You can find your nearest location at www.dpd.co.uk/pickuplocator.

Please retain the receipt given to you at the drop off location until your return has been processed.

Should you not wish to use the free returns service we provide, returns can be sent using a courier of your choice, but any charges incurred will be the customers responsibility.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COLLECT MY ORDER IN STORE

Once you receive your collection email from us you have 7 days to collect your order from your selected store. If you are unable to collect your order please call out customer service team on: 01491 352 600 to arrange a delivery.
