RETURNS/EXCHANGES INFORMATION

Christmas Returns: All orders placed between the 1st and the 20th of December can be returned until the 14th of January.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT TO REALLY WILD (UK MAINLAIN)?

UK mainland customers can return items within 30 days of receiving their order using our free returns service with DPD.

Fill in the returns form included in your delivery and enclose it in your parcel.

Attach the DPD label to the outside of your parcel (please remove or cover any old label still showing on the parcel).

Drop your parcel off at any of the 2,500 + DPD drop off points. You can find your nearest location at www.dpd.co.uk/pickuplocator.

Please retain the receipt given to you at the drop off location until your return has been processed.

Should you not wish to use the free returns service we provide, returns can be sent using a courier of your choice, but any charges incurred will be the customers responsibility.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT TO REALLY WILD (INTERNATIONAL)?

Really Wild do not offer free returns for international orders (this includes customers who do not live in UK mainland) any postage charges incurred when returning your items will be at your own cost.

International customers (including UK Highlands and Islands) cannot exchange online orders, a new order can be placed through www.reallywildclothing.com at any time.

Any returning parcels charged to Really Wild will be refused and sent back to recipient.

PRODUCT CONDITION

All returned items MUST be in an unworn saleable condition, in their original packaging, packed in the same manner as received and with the tags still attached. Please be aware the boot box is considered part of the whole product therefore, boots MUST be returned in their boot box and placed inside the postal box. In the event of retuning an item, your original postage will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Jewellery, Earrings are non-refundable (unless they are deemed faulty by the supplier) For health and hygiene reasons.

MY ITEM HAS ARRIVED FAULTY

RETURNING PACKAGES TO OUR STORE

To return an item please complete the returns form included with your original order, with clear indication to the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or exchange take it to the store and they can process your return/exchange.

EXCHANGES

UK customers may exchange most items sold by Really Wild online www.reallywildclothing.com within 30 days upon receipt of your original order providing they are in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • All items need to be in an unworn and resalable condition to qualify for an exchange. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if these conditions are not met.
  • Please note that exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same item. We cannot guarantee that the products requested will be in stock upon receiving the return and in the event of the item being out of stock, you will be refunded.
  • If you have bought an item that has been reduced in price, we cannot credit you for the difference if you wish to exchange the item.
  • Really Wild Clothing will be happy to exchange products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is in our error within 30 days from the date of dispatch. Under such agreed circumstances Really Wild will cover the cost of shipment of the replacement items.
  • Goods returned after 30 days of receipt can be exchanged for the value they were purchased for online or in-store but cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • Exchanges will be sent to the same address as the original order.
  • Currently international and rest of world, including UK highlands and Islands orders cannot be exchanged online. Please return your order to us within 30 days, ensuring that the return conditions are met. A new order can be placed through reallywildclothing.com at any time.

How do I cancel my order?

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To cancel your order call 01491352600 and ask to cancel your order for a refund. If it is a Saturday or Sunday you can email customer service atorders@reallywildclothing.comsaying you would like to cancel your order and our customer service team can pick up your email on Monday and deal with your request.

CAN SALE ITEMS BE RETURNED?

Sale items can be refunded if they are brought online at www.reallywildclothing.com. However, the items will need to have all labels attached and in good sellable condition. Sales items cannot be refunded in store.

RETURNING ITEMS BROUGHT AT A FAIR & SHOW

All items bought at a Fairs & show, that are marked down from original price and/or in sale are non-refundable. It is accepted that the item has been tried on and is suitable at the time of purchase.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSES?

Please allow 3-5 business days once your item has been received by us for the return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once you order has been refunded.

Please note that receiving a credit memo is acknowledgement that you have been refunded back to your original payment method.
