To help you keep track of your order, we will:
- Send a confirmation email to confirm your order.
- Send a dispatch email to let you know your parcel is on its way.
- Our courier will send an email advising you of the day your delivery is due.
- Our courier will also send an email and/or a text detailing a 1-hour delivery time slot (UK customers only). If this time is not convenient then you can change the delivery date or request delivery to a safe place or neighbour.
UK customers will have orders sent using DPD or Royal Mail.
International customers will have orders sent using Global E
Really Wild dispatches all orders on a signed for service, therefore a signature is required for all deliveries. If you are not available during delivery, please request your parcel to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
